In all my years Ive never realy had a problem with gyno or estrogen so I have Little to no experience with em.

Well the older I get (or maybe its the fatter i get)
Im for the first time worried about man boobs. I dont have any lumps or bumps I can see or tell But I dont want to let that happen either.

I guess my question is whats my best choice to prevent Bitch tits?
A good bro I know from another forum mentioned aromasin.
I ran a quik search and seen some say aramosin and Nolva???

I dont mind the bloat, Im just more so worried about My Pecs turning into Boobies. Id sure apprecite any Advice and curious Of what some of the rest of you guys are doing or would do?

My opinion is your best off with an AI like Aromasin, Letrozole, or Arimidex.
Since you dont mind the bloat something that I think is a great stack is some Proviron and Nolva together. I think Proviron may be one of the most underrated tools we have available. It acts similar to an AI, it helps free up bound testosterone, and it's libido effects are simply amazing.

Aromasin stops the conversion of androgen to estogen, and Nolvadex stops estrogen from binding to the receptors. So use Aromasin to stop the creation of estogen, and use Nolvadex to stop already existing estogen.

I agree with A50#, Proviron is the bomb.

I've heard some say over the years that they thought Proviron was useless for bodybuilding. It's truly not a great muscle builder, but it has other valuable properties. I think one of the big draw backs is that it is often pretty expensive. One positive effect that Proviron has on the body is it's ability to "harden" the physique. Proviron acts like a AI blocking most of the production of estrogen and Nolvadex will help control any existing estrogen from binding, especially to breast tissue specifically. Like I said, one of the best things about Proviron to me is it's effect on libido.

proviron is not as powerful and u can find one of those for cheap

aromasin 0.25mg eod seems ok in ur case since u have no lumps

worked also pretty well to shred oestrogen related fat (love handles) when I cut

Ive been off for a while now and it was after the Hcg I noticed they had a softer "fattier" look. Like I said though maybe its my BF% is up and Im not hitting it as hard as I should be in the gym.

I would add 20mg Nolvadex along with the 50mg Proviron daily.

Name brand Aromasin comes in 25mg tabs, since the half life is a little less than 24 hours wouldnt you be better off splitting the tab and taking 12.5mg daily instead of EOD dosing?

man consider yourself lucky that you are just now starting to have to deal with that crap!!!! i would say if you dont feel a knot it could just be BF possibly, or maybe the estrogen is high and you are just carrying a little more water and the nips appear to be puffy. i would say you are cool as long as you dont feel any hard knots.

man, when i was 13 i went to the doctor because i had those lumps.. well the doc said it was from puberty and it would go away.. i think it had a lot to do with me being a little pot head.. i hear smoking pot during puberty can cause this, thats the only thing i can attribute it to.. lol

i went in at 20 years old and had gyno removed from both nips.. i felt great since they were finally f'in gone.. i started back on gear after surgery and my left side got another knot behind it.. my right side which was initially the worst has NOTHING behind it.. but my left side is a little fattier and has another knot.. im really thinking about going back and getting it taken out again, but its just such a pain in the ass going through surgery again plus its not that bad..

in summary, i think you will be ok.. lay off the chili and burgers fatty!!!

I agree with A50. Proviron has been a staple in my cycles for a while now. It also frees up test by binding to SHBG instead of your testosterone. So lower SHBG and higher free testosterone = happier muscles AND peepee.

One question I always had regarding aromasin. I read the clinical pharmacology and the pharmacokinetics say repeatedly that it's effects are irreversible. Irreversible? Does that mean that once it binds to the aromatase enzyme, it's bound for good, and your body just has to make more (as it will) or does that mean that it has some permanant effect of your levels of aromatase? For that matter, why would you ever want to reverse the effects at all?

It states in the nomenclature that because of this irreversibility that it should never be used in premenopausal women.

Can anyone clarify?

rajjin...Hope you never have to go thru the frustrations of gyno. I've also heard that Aromasin and nolva, or letro was great. BUT, does this still apply if the gyno is fibrous and not a lump?? If it's fibrous can these still work??

Maybe use the aromasin alone and keep some Nolva on hand Just incase?

So its looking like my choices are going to be-
1. Proviron and Nolva (50mg proviron - 20mg Nolva)

2. Aromasin, or aromasin with Nolva if needed. (25mg eod or 12.5 daily aroma)
and (20mg daily) if or when the Nolva is needed with it....sound right?

The Letro will give you major limp noodle if not careful. But it works. Just watch the dosage. If you try the Arom/Nolva mix I'd like to hear how it works for you.

I've always used arimidex or nolva. I will run arimidex at 1mg eod or 10mg nolva ed. I have never tried aromasin or proviron. Let me know how those work for you rAJJIN.

Don't forget that Nolvadex also lowers IGF-1 levels so there is another mechanism by which it can reduce the chance of gyno.

Proviron seems like a great anti estrogen from anecdotal reports but I haven't seen any data on if, and how much, it lowers estrogen conversion etc. It's theoretical, mostly extrapolating from how DHT works. However Prov is not DHT even if it is similar.

every body is a little different in how they reacrt to anti e's,

I have researched a lot of different things, letro seems to mess with the lipids a lot while aromasin seems to be the safest on lipids and still get the anti armoatise effect..

Unless it is very tender and you feel lumps starting, I wouldn't take anything, seems to be a b/f issue.

If there is minor soarness and small pebbles, nolvadex should take care of it.
