I am 215 pounds depleted sodium loaded, and i think i will make the weight in and go up to 228 pounds like last year .
But this is going to be a hard show and i want your exelents opinions.
Protein will be at 300 gr ed from 6 meals of chicken and meat.
- Thuesday: 500 gr carbs coming from White rice and baked potatoes. 8 litres of water
- Wenesday: 600 gr carbs from the same source. 8 litres of water
- Thursday: 800 gr carbs from rice, baked potatoes, sweat potatoes, and plantain(bananna) 1 diazide 8 pm.
- Friday:START Diazide every 8 hours 10 iu humulin r with creatine 3 times a day fallowed by 400 gr of plantain .
*3 meals of sweat potatoes, FOR A TOTAL ABOUT 650 GR CARBS plus 2 cheat meals maybe hamburguers and last meal Pizza, and stop drinking a lot of water at 12 am just the nessesary looking at the mirror of course.
First time in the mornig i shoose wat to eat depending of my condition, panckakes with yelly or only rice.
Maybe a eat anything during the night looking at the weight and fullness of the muscle.
Thats was the way i do it last year and it was exelent, but without the creatine, do you think creatine makes a difference the day before the show.
I cant get amp, wat other thing you recomend to get vascular, Glycerol, niacin?
