I be readin Poliquin one time over at T-Mag. This GVT thing intrest me so I tried it about 2 yrs ago. I do 10 sets of one bodypart for 10 reps. Then do another body part for 10 reps the next day. And so on.I choose a weight that I think will accomplish the endeavor. I do it for 8 weeks. Never do much for me. Worth givin it a try maybe you have better results. Personally speakin I be liftin before some of you be born. Test be the best. And syntherol be the balls.
