yea i remember he was at the lower end weight-wise

he has always been known for the delts.. his biggest issue haqs been the right combp of size and conditioning.. his conditioning is laways on.. but he lacks size at his height.. charles glass was helping him a while back and even said if he could gain 10- 15 pounds he would be very deadly.. he still does well though..

Funny you posted this. I was talking to someone about him a couple of days ago. He makes quite the transformation thats for sure. I saw him at the USA about a month ago. I'm about 5'9 and he's almost exactly my height. I spoke with him for a minute and he said he was doing the USA next year. Always very nice and polite. Tamer is a good guy.
