If something had a 16 hour active life (anadrol), what time of day would you take it if you trained in the evening (7pm)? I've been doing research about timing and what not, but most of the info I find is for dbol and there are 2 sides, one saying take dose all at once preworkout or in the morning, the other saying split up dose pre and post workout, etc. But I'm not talking about dbol, here, I'm researching a50 for a friend. What do you think? Thanks bros
PS I am trying to not post lots of aas stuff, but sometimes I do have legitimate questions that I can't answer on my own through research. Also, I'm curious about the physiology behind growth/repair of the muscles, and if spiking hormone levels with an androgen at a specific time would be more beneficial than having them raised throughout the day. I would postulate that it'd be better to take about 2 hours pre-workout, but I'm not sure. Thanks again
