HGH is something you need to take for over 3 months to notice much.

igf is not the magic bullet, you could spend your funds on some dbol or tren and get more for the money !

Igf is hardly a "mass bulker" but you can get some weight out of it, and some modest fat loss.

Using between cycles is a nice way not to get too demoralized between cycles, and hopping back on the juice too fast.
