IGF thread?

A few months back, AlomstPro put together a really comprehensive thread on IGF. I'm looking for it and I don't see it in the Articles or in the Peptides section - can someone please send me the link? Thanks!

Also, if anyone else has been impressed with an IGF thread - please let me know. I'm planning on giving it a shot ( get it?) this spring so I'm researching it from those who know!
