Importing GH

Don't ask many questions but saw a post somewhere that said US hasn't ever voted to make GH illegal. So my question is, "Is it legal to import if you have a doctor's script?"

Exactly. It has to be approved for use here in the US. Chances are any of the stuff you can get your hands on is not going to be approved unless it comes from a domestic clinic.

But with that said even if you DONT have a script you cannot get into trouble for importing unless your perticular state has laws against it, is that right? I have read that it is not illegal to import growth or even to have a personal amount on you...

This is true. There are about 8 states or so where either importation of possession is illegal, but the rest of the states only have laws against re-sailing it. And it's not illegal on the federal level. I can give you a list of states where it's restricted.

These are states that my GH supplier based in New Zealand won't ship to due to state regulations: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North & South Dakota, Ohio or Wisconsin

So its perfectly legal for the rest of the country, just not those states? Albeit customs may seize it.

That's sort of an odd list. Basically the mid-west states it is illegal. You'd think places like California/Florida/Texas would be on there.

I think in Cali it is a misdemeanor for possession.
