I didnt even want to start a thread or anything.. .but im feeling really good and have finally got it in my head to not change things that are working..

Today was one of my last workouts and i feel stronger than ever.. Im pretty happy with that.. Today i took some last pics.... as very soon i will be boarding the plane and heading on the long ride..

Im excited to compete.. and I feel as long as i hold my condition and what i have here.. Im happy...

Placings are out of my hands.. I sure would like to do well......but... i wont be bitter other wise.. The class is deep and stacked .. but im not scared. I know i have done what i need to do with what i have to work with... but if things dont go my way... then...

I will just come back and better next time.

It is going to be great meeting Shelby, Heinz, Chris...and all the other cool members i have not met...and it will be good to see brad and some of the regular competitors again as well..

Im happy that Greg ( pesty) is making the trip with me. My wife is happy that i have some help going with me this time.. This is a big thing for me.. anyways... here are some pics taken today...
