Inj vitamin B12 or Inj vitamin B100 complex ??

I can get two different types of Inj vit B cut the B complex doesn't contain Vit b12.

These are my two choices:

1. VITAMIN b12 1000mcg. injection.

or

2. B-100 COMPLEX vB1 100mg vB2 0.5mg vB6 1mg Nicotinamide 100mg

What I would like to know if what would be the better choice for a boost in energy and increase in appetite/weight gain?

Anyone have any experience? How should I dose?

b12 is more commonly used, and works well for energy and appetite. Clinics may offer you a mixture of of b12/complex, their would be nothing wrong with injecting a 50:50 solution of both.

I took a look at Synthelamin and I thought you are suppose to take it oraly?

Is this stuff safe to inject? How much should I take per week? Can I mix it with my gear?

Yes it is safe to inject....most people I know say the protocol is 1 ml/cc every day for 7 days than 1 ml/cc every 3-4 days but I could be wrong.
