Just wondering from the members personal experiances what specific excerises and foot positions have they used that have personally improved there teardrop and inner thigh and brought them up to a respectable level?

wide stance will hit the inner quad area tight hits the outter sweep

i understand that...only an idiont wouldn't...and i do that each time i work my legs...just that we sweep has really taken on a life of its own but the inner is lagging behind, not bad but enough i want to really address it now....just trying to get them to catch up with each other...

are you looking for magic dust perhaps? if something is lagging while other areas are taking over then lay off the areas that are building too fast and focus HARD on the lagging spots.. since you arent an idiot im confused why the hell this thread was started.. there is no magic movement that is going to fix ur legs over night sorry
 
I guess because my primary excercise every leg workout is squats and i always do them with a wide stance...ass to ankle style....just trying to forge ahead with them....sorry if it sounded like i was being an ass...wasn't trying to
 
A guy I used to train with would do his hack's with his feet lower on the platform with a narrow stance toes slightly out. He swore it helped him bring out the teardrop. I never really did them though.

Dante has posted a few times putting clients on the adducter machine widowmaker-style to bring out the inner thighs / adducters.

Sadie is also right regarding the wiiide stance squats. Be sure to push those knees out on the descent.

This picture shows how important inner thighs are, right?

i find that a real wide stance with my toespointed way out so that my feet are following the lines of a 90 deg angle realy hits my inner leg well , also placing my feet real high and wide on the leg press works andthd leg press will allow you to use more weight. I find that extensions with my toe pointed out will give me cramps in my inner thigh so it must be hitting them also

and you cant forget about streaching them long and hard

1 part Genetics + 1 part leaness = the look that you speak of.
 
I have an idea

what I do to even balance my legs is:
30 min of cardio before legs, to warm up my legs.
Extension 2x warm up
3x30 10x10x10 pointing toes straight inward and outward talk about pain:eek: Visualize and feel the seperation in your legs while doing them if you can and focus on the area its hitting.
then a max load and rep till i can't anymore...

Leg press machine , feel the side of legs and feel those fiber twitching.. yea get that burn:p
keep your feet about a foot apart and toes pointed straight or outward, it will work you outer sweep
3x20

Squats wide stance
toes pointed outwards..
4x12-15

It works for me... Try it....:eek:
Hamstring is tottaly different.. Higer Volume.. and more of a pump and strecth and concentrate...
