Just wondering from the members personal experiances what specific excerises and foot positions have they used that have personally improved there teardrop and inner thigh and brought them up to a respectable level?

i understand that...only an idiont wouldn't...and i do that each time i work my legs...just that we sweep has really taken on a life of its own but the inner is lagging behind, not bad but enough i want to really address it now....just trying to get them to catch up with each other...
