as above can you reccommend something fast acting, I am sure there is,something that makes you go for a poop in like 1015 mins?
I am thinking it is something to do with my increased veg intake atm that likely slows thyroid down? the other day watched a video of Centopani and he eats a crown of broccoli with each meal,wandrered whether that is too much for the above reason,but then figured out he is boiling it so it is not too much of nutrients and what not,he also points out that is also for alkalising reasons
