IN some states it is legal to buy OTC.

If it is legal in your state you can just go to Walmart or any drug store and ask for Humiln R.

Also

YOu can just use their brand of the "R" version. There is usually a sign advertising it somewhere near the Pharm.
"Humilin R" is made by Eli Lilly and is about 26-32$.
Their brand has the same effect and is about 16-18$.

Nope

They MAY ask if you have a script, but they won't require it. Just act calm.
The bottles come in 100 ius.
Be VERY careful when using slin. Do some research and know what to expect in doses, side effects, and what to do in an emergency.

it is also legal to order humalog from canada and have it shipped to you if you really want to go with log... i would reccomend that.... but think about it... my mom was a diabteic and actually it ended up taking her life and she coud could go hyyper very easily with stagering numbers for her blood sugar... we are talking 300+ and if a pharmacy were to require a scrip then someone could very possibly die from them denying them the slin.
