Insulin

nice, thanks for the input brother. how long did you run it and what was your approximate weight gain at the end if you recall?

3-4weeks and about 1kg once I had given it a week. Not long enough to give true results just wanted to give my protocol a run first to see how good I felt
 
I inject my HGH along with 10iu of humilin R right before I leave to go to the gym. By the time I start lifting 15-20 minutes have passed which is when I start sipping on my carb/protein drink. I only add 30g of carbs along with 30g of protein in it. I find that as long as I take hgh with my insulin I don't need as many carbs. After my workout I head home and wait about 30 minutes and make a protein/carb meal such as chicken/red potatoes. 2 hours later I'll eat another protein/carb meal. The rest of the day my meals will consist of protein/fat meals.


This sounds like a solid protocol. How long have you been doing this?

I did that for a month and now I'm off the insulin and going low carb getting my sensitivity back. I recently got a body composition done at ageless forever here in Vegas and my body fat is at 7.4% so I didn't put on any fat which was my goal with that protocol. Muscle and no fat lol..
 
Gotta say the milos protocol works. 20iu pre workout 20 iu post workout. Keep meals and carbs smaller through out the day and grow lean.
