Me personally; Log. Easy to use and time right after my workouts. I never used any high amounts though. Think the highest I got was 40iu’s. It got me past a plateau. That’s why I waded into those waters.
Also, I made sure my diet was spot on as well. Used the Avatar Nutrition app to track all my macros. I didn’t want to gain excess fat in order to break through my sticking point.
When I used it I was on AAS, & GH as well. Wanted to take full advantage of the insulin!
