I haven't been able to train abs properly for months due to extreme cramping. Sometimes my calves cramp up upon rising in the AM too; but the abs are devastating.
I am well hydrated, eat a banana with my morning oatmeal, have sea-salt on some of my meals.
I am only on medium dose test E (500mg) and ATD/proviron. Recently 30iu GH a week, but that isn't a factor.
I have even added large doses (4-5g) of taurine to my shakes, but to no avail.
What else should I be looking at?
