when cutting i try and do "fasted" cardio, i get 10g BCAAs immediatly upon waking. Otherwise i get 50-70g karboload intra work out and 50g protein shake immediatly done working out then 30 mins cardio.
For the life of me I can't figure why people keep doing "fasted" cardio and then sabotaging it. If you're gonna do it fasted, just do it fasted. Drink some coffee and get it done. I've always wondered about this also...I dont mind working out while having something in my stomach but I dont know about cardio. I kind of like to have an empty stomach when I do cardio, especialy if its intense.
