hell yeah , those 2 boards are great , some much info im always in Awe. Ive just recently switch to a Low volume Taining stlye thanks to IronAddict/Doggcrapp and others. Ive gianed some much latley i am now excited about training again. Its a great feeling. kevinJames

Welcome, I have looked around the fina boards also. You will
see alot of great info here. Speaking of fina I have a cycle of test and fina comming up soon. This will be my first time adding fina to a cycle.
