Introducing myself

Hey fellas, I just wanted to introduce myself as a new member. I am 35 years old and have a wife and three kids that I love very much. I have been pumping up since I was 13 and love doing just that getting pumped up. I am 5'10" and weigh in at 240 lbs. I am quite skinny in my opinion and will never have the size that I want but that does not mean that I can't keep trying. You will not see a lot of posts from me but will probably see me logged in 3 or 4 days a week on my lunch hour. This seems to be a pretty good board. Also I checked out the member photos and you guys look great. Big Kiwi looks like he needs to get serious though. (just kidding) You look great. Have a great day train and eat hard and remember that every wednesday is hump day so act accordingly. Mr.clean101
