Anyone ever experience this? At first I was worried about cholitis but after researching I believe I have IBS havent changed anything in my diet. Only thing I can think is my stress level from working 70hrs a week any help thanks kinda sucks. Only hitting the gym about once a week lately gona have to get the weights out of storage.

I've suffered from IBS for 15 years. Started having sympoms right after high school. I get the squirts pretty often so I gotta watch what I eat. Go to the doc or get some books and educate yourself on what are your trigger foods. For me anything fried is out of the question. I haven't had a big mac and fries in 13 years.
And to think, before I had IBS I was happy and didn't know it.

A good female friend of mine has been diagnosed with IBS, but it's one of those conditions/syndromes which is fairly broad and non-specific. Doesn't really address what is causing it, which is sometimes easy to find out, sometimes seemingly impossible. I'd get a good doc or nutritionist to look into it for you. IronMike
 
Thanks for the replies I have been having the symptoms now for about 3 weeks and just didnt really think anything of it. Than I thought to myself must be the kidneys and got to thinking I havent taken that much tren enth. Thanks for the advice I am getting a physical within the next two weeks is that something that will show in blood work? MM
 
yes it will

my fiance has it and had a blood test done for it also and she came up with a high level of something in her blood. the doc will know but make sure you mention that to him to let him know you are having symptoms if you are. it can be serious, if you are like worshiping the toilet for like at least an hour a day then you have a problem. she gets really bad cramps. there are medications you can take so look into it.
 
Start taking Metamucil every day. 1 giant heaping tablespoon every night before bed (sugar free kind to avoid blubber) in 1 1/2- 2 cups of water. Also, get on a good multiple digestive enzyme supplement. Avoid fatty and sugary foods. Eat lots of vegetables, drink tons of water. Usually, if you do have IBS, this advice will keep it under control. Often times though, people are just dehydrated and deficient in digestive enzymes and fiber and the resulting digestive problems lead them to believe they have IBS when all they really need is a little bit of replenishment of things that are missing, so following this advice could alleviate your trouble all together.

I think a lot of times doctors are too eager to call a particular problem a disease, when actually it may be something that is easily treated naturally by replacing something that may be missing from the diet.

If you do have IBS though, I wish you luck. That stuff can be a real bitch.

Thats what I was under the impresson of as well.
 
thanks for the replies hopefully when I get my physical I wont have it anymore. I just started a z-pak I had a double script for. Dropping weight really sucks just makes you want to be normal again. MM :eek:
