i dont know man. being that lean is extremely hard. most bbers when they compete are around that range and are severely depleted.
doing it without being hungry all the time would be difficult, especially if you are working out everyday and have a decent amount of muscle.
unless your a naturally lean individual in the first place and you have the genetics for such a thing.
as oldfella stated, i think 8-10% is much more realistic and you will be plenty ripped at sub 10% bf.
