Peaking as in providing the most CNS stimulation? The answer may not be as straight forward as one might think, not as easy as looking at when it peaks in the blood.

For CNS stimulation I’d suggest making your own nasal spray. Test base/Tren base or any oral and depending on the sport you can decide which of them are applicable.
The Eastern bloc countries used to do this for maximum cns stimulation. I remember seeing studies it took less than a minute to prime your cns. About 15 years ago I also made my own and my powerlifting buddies absolutely loved it. Pretty sure I simply mixed dmso, glycerol and test suspension to make my mix. I just simply emptied out a bottle of a sinus spray and put my concoction in.
If you do try this, you’ll notice a difference Literally immediately in your lifts.

It’s been so long since I tried but I’d put in about 10-20mg/ml for the solution. You’re gonna have to simply either find out via the manufacture for the spray or spray 20-30 times in a vial and suck it up with a syringe. Then you’ll be able to do the math on how much per spray comes out.
*A side note - I do not think it even has to be a “base”... pretty sure this effect hits the same with even esterfied hormones when doing nasally..just remember 100 mg of test suspension has much more testosterone than 100 mg test E.
Each nostril should be able to take 25 mg of hormone per hour. Personally we just used to snort it before every big set in that workout lol.
This is all from memory though, just wanted to chime in stating this is a great way to stimulate nerve excitation for immediate effect.
