I have noticed that there are quite a few people that seem to consume a ton of amino acids. Some people have listed their supplements and they seem to have A.A.'s and BCAA's in everything. Vitamins, lba's, protein powder, bcaa supplemnt, N/O supplements....all have BCAA's in them. Can you consume too many bcaa's throughout the day or will the extras that your body doesnt need just be pissed out? KS
