Ok, this is the 4th shot I've taken on my first cycle. First three were fine. I'm very sterile, use new pins to withdrawal and inject. Swab site twice. Shoot slow.

Saturday night I did 1 ml of Test e and 1 ml of EQ same needle. In my right shoulder. This is the first time for this shoulder. I'm using 22g's 1.5. Left shoulder really hurt, but got better in about 3 or 4 days.

It's now Tuesday night, and this time my right shoulder is now red or more pink really, not really hot but warm. It itching LIKE CRAZY. Blotchy red spot. I don't have a fever. The pain has subsided, but I've read a lot about infections, etc. and am also very paranoid with this first time stuff..ha.

What is everyone's opinion? I just overnighted me some Keflex just in case. I'm leaning more towards an irritation but thought I'd say hello and start this postings at the same.

Whats the dosage for the Test E? I had some that was 300mg/ml. When I shot that by itself it hurt like a bastard for a couple of days and turned red like you mentioned but when I added the EQ to the same shot it never bothered me again. It's probably the BA level.
 
A measly 250 test e with 250 eq.

If it builds a fever over the next day or two then worry about infection and meds. Doesn't look infected to me but the fever is the telling part. Probably would have built up by now if it's going to get worse. If it realy builds a fever in it go to the Dr. Do not stick it again to drain it.

Some suggestions. Switch to 23 gauge 1" pins for your delts. Don't inject anymore than 1.5cc in the delt. 2cc is fine in glutes or quads so combine the oils for those sites. If your delt is still sore next time you plan on pinning it, use another site and give it more time.

Actually today it's much much better. Absolutely no pain or itching, but still just a tad pink, but fading. Glad I didn't rush to the DR..ha.

I am going to try 25's next time. Do you think that would be good? I'm doing 2 ml's in my delt, is this too much?

staf is very prominent throughout gyms.....when doing your injects i wouldnt do them pre workout for this very reason...not saying wat u have is a staf infection but i wouldnt rule it out just yet
 
the same thing happened to me on my butt, 1 cc of test plus 1 cc deca 250/300 respectfully. anyway this was the last cc from each vile. didn't have any reactions prior. lasted about a week the itch was the worse, not real pain.
 
I know this is an old thread BUT

Is it just me or should this cat not be using aas.... his arms look like my grandmother's arms. :eek:

i completely agree, like once you have established a good foundation of muscle, a strong workout ethic, a sound diet and basic aas knowledge.

Hate to laugh, but I was thinkin' the same thing. I just recently gave in to going the AAS route after 2 years of researching, and about 15 years of lifting knowledge. The past 3 years have been spent dialing in my nutrition and lifting regimen, and going "balls-out" in every phase of the game. I have yet to try AAS but have decided to finally go for it because my gains are topped out. I'm not even that big, but have reached my full genetic potential, and I'm not getting any younger. At 6'1", I'm at 182 lbs with 8% bf. The avatar is me at 28 y.o. at 170 lb, 4% bf, all natural. I'm sick of hearing about people that jump right into things to take the easy way out. I've busted my ASS and can't get any bigger naturally, period. Now is the time to turn to AAS. I also hate people that say "you need to eat more". If they knew me personally, they would know I eat between 3700-3900 CLEAN calories a day during my bulk-up season. If I can't grow on that, then I can't grow with anymore calories. Believe me, I've tried to go to 4500 cals a day, ran with that for a month, and all I did was gain fat. I was at 191 lbs, but strength was the same and my bf was 11%, which is a lot for me. Anyhow, just had to vent on this, because I firmly believe that one has to put the puzzle together one piece at a time. Don't try and take the easy road, put the work in first.

First, I want to say I agree with what you are saying about going to the dark side. But since you were venting i need to draw attention to your avatar. Your BF is not at 4% in that pic. if it was you would be heavily striated all over. You are very lean though. In great condition. Now on the subject of diet, you can consume 5000cals a day and not gain any extra muscle. It is not the fact of the number of calories but the composition of those calories. if the break down is not correct you will not gain. Also training has a lot to do with gains. I just wanted to clarify the facts about making gains natty or enhanced. IT IS ALL about diet and training. I strongly agree with you on the put in the hard work first before you think that aas is the answer to gains!!
