If he was the owner than

he landed about as softly as one can land and must have had his program, product, and profit well insulated. That is the type a hit a source should be taking if he has played the game well. they get a minimum amount of evidence and there isn't a whole lot of other incriminating stuff to be found.

Now if he is just a small source, he still played it well, no recovered cash, no recovered storage. Life expectancy for a source in US using his own name to recieve internationally is about 2 years. Fake boxes may buy you an extra year as it is awfully hard to track down a person in a big city with a photo if they have not been arrested.

I don't know the real story man... It just seems like he got a slap on the wrist which doesn't match up with his product offering. No real point in worrying, his prices were sky high. The board sponsors here are MUCH better.
