classic appeal yet massive at the sametime. dont see that very often.
I'm tellin ya man.. back in HighSchool... I was quit a bit larger than him! He might of had me on legs and shoulders, but thats it. He diden't even work out! Then not even two years later... he was 250lbs+ of shredded mass! I really don't get it. And when I used to watch him train a few years ago when he started, it wasent even that intense or heavy at all. His father being Mr. Korea helped him more than anything... Genetics and a great trainer. This guy's transformation is beyond incredible, honestly personally I havent seen anyone make this sort of a change, the sheer amount of muscle he has gained is beyond belief. Here is what I mean, this is the same guy 7 years back at 18, this is just a one in a million transformation:-
Yes, he really is a sight to behold.
Who'd a thunk . . .
Incredible. Scary kind of thickness that would dominate the pro stage.
not true. i have seen some pros that don't look as good as jason.
he is good but would not dominate on the pro stage. thats a whole different level.
incredible physique for sure. not trying to take anything away from the guy but jay cutler (and i am not a big fan of his) might make him look a little lacking.
did you guys see the pic of Pac, Long and Eric. jeff looked MUCH smaller than them. when you stand next to someone things get put in perspective.
he is a big dude tho...

thats a pretty big ass difference
what kinda gear you think hes been running?
Hey, guys... I actually grew up with Jason! Went to HighSchool together. His father was Mr. Korea back in the day. Jason went from your average 180lb joe blow to a 260lb insane beast in like... less than 2 years! NO JOKE! I've never in my life seen someone blow up that quickly! And you know were he trained in that time? A local YMCA! Talk about genetics! Out of respect for him, I'm not going to get into how he trains or the supps he takes. I will say this... he does a ton of volume and never goes that heavy at all. And he likes to sit REALLY heavy offseason too... like damn near 300lbs! His family owns and runs a local smoothie shop too and has his photos all over the walls. Jason is a great guy and a BEAST in person! I see him every couple days.
Here he is at Nationals last year... either 23 or 24 years old!
