Phil, going through some old photos and came across a photo that I took of Jeff King. It was at the Mr. America in Tampa, Fla. around '83. You kinda resemble him, did you every have a chance to meet him and if so how is he? I believe he only lasted a few yrs later after winning the America. Wonder why he never signed with the IFBB? Have you keeped up with him and what is he doing today? Thanks

JEFF GOT HOSED.. basically weider wanted him to "qualify" as a pro although he had been a pro in the wabba and nabba and was kicking ass.. weider had a big rivalry with those orgs and did not want their golden boy coming over and showing up his guys.. pretty simple.. now before anyone says that "he should have to qualify" numerous others did not have to go this route.. jeff was singled out.. he finally put it behind him and left the sport..
