Coming here to support Zach Kane! Evening started out good, got a free ticket wth proof of military ID. Only drawback is I'm sitting in back so if I take any pictures they won't be any good. Met Zach and hopefully get a picture with him after the show with some hardware!

MP class D had 50 plus.

I think they need to change it from top 5 locally /regionally to top 2. There were a lot of 5s who got their feelings hurt. Should have heard the bathroom talk. I had to wear my headphones at all times so far tonight. So negative. Simple suffer or don't win. It's that easy. Best was some guy saying I carbed up on pizza and I didn't spill lol. As he was trying to find his abs in the mirror for his Instagram check in.

A good friend of mine, who listened and learned from some of my mistakes, Josh Thomas, won the super heavies and the overall. He hasnt had a drop of alcohol or tried any rec drugs in his life,ever This has been a dream of his forever, and no one works harder than this guy. Since he was probaly 11 or 12 he has been working towards this.

Aesthetically pleasing frame. Doesnt look big in pics by himself, but in comparisons, his classic shape shows. I feel like I almost partly won today. Such an awesome accomplishment for a great guy. Doesnt stay on year round (2 young kids 1 and 3) doesn tuse crazy doses, doesnt use insulin. He is just patient.

No worries man! It happens. I earned a lot of respect last night. When a lot of people tell you that they believe you were the most peeled and hardest in the show that is something you can hang your hat on always in my mind and heart at least. Regardless of the placing - earning my fellow competitors respect is something that I will take because it means they respected the final product and that's all I could could and can control at the end of the day. Thank you for cheering for me and getting the pic. Sorry I didn't stick around to say hi, but the gal bam was with me and my sons wanted to eat pizza with dad so we split to get a spot and wait 60 mins for it lol.
