Ok here is my take on the 2009 Jr.Nats...Overall the show was good, but not great..The level of competition was down from 2007-2008...I think there are some good guys at this show, with good potential...But a few of them are not ready to step it up to the next level (USA, and Nats)...
Superheavy weights -
1. Nick Zak - Overall a pretty big superheavy, decent condtioning but couldve been better...Won the class, becasue it was a weaker superheavy class than last year..But overall Nick Zak has good potential and is one of the guys who will do better with touch more hardness and some more size...
2. Eric Posejpal - Better conditioning than Zak, but shape isnt as good as Nick Zak...Looks good only on some poses, and on other's not so good...Biceps are really flat looking, and it hurts his overall look...
3. Brian Yersky - This was his show and class to lose, and he lost it...Didnt come in with the conditioning he had last year, and just didnt look like himself at this show...He was holding water everywhere..If he was as hard as last year he wouldve won the whole show...Best potential in the class...
