just a note..

I saw what looks like the most horrific car accident today. a truck slammed head first into a sedan on passenger side. driver was nowhere to be seen and the passenger, a male, looked like he was stuck between window side all crushed up. chances are he's already dead. just wanted to mention this because I had some nasty argument with my mother over some stupid shit, like me installing her AC and she just running her mouth you should do this and that... and on the way back home I saw that accident and realized how much better I had it then the other guy....
we should all take our time to be thankful, that we have chance to see another sunlight and be with our loved ones, not complaining about why our arms aren't 27 friggin inches.. I pray for that poor soul and his loved ones.

I had some aggravating stuff going on recently that in hindsight was just a minor inconvenience. It was a bit of a wake up call when a client told me he was having trouble with diet compliance right now because his father was in ICU....

Don't sweat the small stuff.

I try to never leave on a bad note with any loved ones..... just in case I never see them again.
I hear of too many people that never forgive themselves after losing someone unexpectedly after having an argument.
