nah no more trips to the er.. i am naturally an anxious person but i was using clen and that just really added to it so i completley have dropped it and dont plan on using it because i want to let my diet and cardio take care of it... ive only been at this for 4-5 years but i know about expectations and how it never is what you want but hey i ca hope and bust my ass as much as possible.. i just hope to learn a great deal and progress the best i can

i def dot have the shape to be a competitive bodybuilder....ultimate goial is to step on stage one day and place fairly well...but that willbe years down the line and willbe some joe schmo show.....i do it because i love it and only compete against myself to get better...i love the art/scence of it all

Wise words there. It is never enough. I agree 100%. After being at it for awhile you kinda learn to keep yourself from getting into a frame of mind where youre setting yourself up for failure.
