Just started syntherol again today.

Doing tris,lateral head and long head.Hoping to come out of this run with 24s.I got 23s out of the last run i did with bis.I promise i will get pics up this time.After a week i will put up some pics.

Im using 25g 1" for long head and 26g .5" for lateral head.Long head will get 1cc for 10 and 2cc for 10 and 3cc for 10,lateral head will get .5,1 and 1.5.Im loving the sore feeling again.It feels great.
