Hello all,
I have just started my first cycle and I want to keep my midsection small, but I also want to keep it strong.
I heard that if you work your midsection while bulking it will lead to a good amount of hypertrophy in that area and that is not what I want. I do want to keep my midsection strong though as I am an athlete.
Does anyone have any suggestions for how I should accomplish this?
I was thinking of maybe doing low reps of the midsection exercises, and not doing them often. I've heard that some bodybuilders use belts for almost everything in order to keep their midsection small but I would not be willing to compromise overall strength in such a way.
