What are your guys thoughts on keto diets and health? I did it before and loved it but dont know how it effected me (blooswork wise). I hear mixed reviews if its healthy or not. dave punumbo style with healthy fats and nuts
the trick is to avoid the trans fats and opt for the clean saturated fats (grass fed, organic. etc.), ultra pure fish oil, EVOO, naty peanut or equivalent and a nice blend such as Udo's oil.
Obviously, you should be consuming adequate amounts of healthy fats. Almost immediately, your triglyceride levels will plummet and the ratio of HDL/LDL will improve. There is much to be gained by dieting this way and by "dieting" I don't only mean when trying to cut.
