I am in the process of starting a keto diet, and it's my first of the sort so any help would be appreciated. I am wanting to go on Bodyopus type of diet with possibly Glucophage. What would be the best way to use it with the best effects. Would using it post workout with 50-100g carbs be good and will it still keep me in ketosis, or would my carb-up days be the only time I should use it. I am going to use Chromium and not sure exactly which AAS I want to use, what would the best to rid me of catabolism.
