Keytech Mecasermin log

150mcg 5x a day wtf

Also, you're on alot already. No offense but how do you log something by starting all this at once?
It's not like you added in Keytechs mecasermin to a cycle youre already on. And the humalog pens?

The humalog pens were just part of the order that I received. And mid last week the cycle changed to just test (400mg) (11/14/18) due to some blood pressure issues and 3.3 iu hgh. Mentioned changes in supps didn’t go into detail planned to when I updated my lifting for the week. Also as far as starting this all at once if you go to my prior log you’ll see that is not the case. I started a cycle then of roughly 2grams total then went to 2 grams test then into this.

Just the beginning. I’ve ran my fair share of decent cycles and this stuff is definitely making some changes in me. Keytech is putting out some good stuff for sure.
 
Had a good workout today decided to update actual lifting weights on weekends and focus more on the details in my daily updates. Switched back to nights last night so staying up for 24 hours then sleeping five hours before being back up always sucks but it is life. Besides lowering my aas doses another big change I made recently is not taking pre workouts as I felt I was just burning myself out that much faster with them was taking 1200mg caffeine with those pre workout. Now my ore working it is 24 ounces black coffee. So anyways the lifting today was back everything went up atleast a rep besides deadlifts. This week my squat movement and deadlifts both felt a little harder (everything else is climbing nicely ). I’m assuming this is because I’ve been doing some high intensity cardio post workout and I’d imagine my body just has to adapt to that being added in. So should be all good. Igf-1 still has me feeling and looking very full for sure. Looking forward to the end results and future cycle plans with it.

Well hgh needs to as well and test have shown that usually doesn’t have much if any effect on it. It was always my understanding that the peptides like hgh and
Igf-1 are most fragile when reconstituted. At that point you would definitely want the refrigerated. This time of the year is definitely the best time to have it sent with the weather being cooler. And it’s always been my experience with keytech that TA is pretty good. I’d recommend this stuff for everyone to try. As far as the dosing if you read what children are prescribed (way different uses yes but still) it’s in way higher amounts than my dosing protocol. I’d say try it man. It’s good stuff. I’ll be getting more in the future.

Today’s workout was awesome. Still losing body weight and gained a couple reps on main movements for chest today. Feeling very good. Have been on nights so will update weights for past week today after I wake up. Very pleased so far. Losing body fat and getting stronger still. No diet changes.

Strength continues to climb bit by bit. Everything feeling very good. Added pull ups back in since I’m lighter than the start so they will improve quickly. Pumps great and looking better and better.

today was pretty much just a really high rep arm day. Top exercises were my ez bar curl set of the bar with 90 lbs added for 12 and triceps dips with 135lbs hanging for a set of 5. After that everything was high rep supersets finishing with 22minutes of abs. Monday I’m changing my routine a bit which is why there was a bit of a free style workout yesterday and today. Feeling very good and strong. Tightening up as well still with great pumps and vascularity. Still on lowered drugs as well (400test weekly and 3.3iu hgh) besides the igf1 and feel great.

So I felt like doing more more often, so I am. Felt great I generally just love lifting so this was great. I’ll do the same body parts on Monday and Thursday and lower body Tuesday and Friday. Different workouts each day. Felt great pump was incredible. I flat benched wth I have sworn off, however I felt like it so I did and it felt good. I’ll probably keep them in for a few months and up the reps more. Great day igf continues to work it’s magic.

A bunch of heavy ab work.

Workout felt good. The squats were all with a 3 second negative and the final set was paused as well in hole. All other movements were slow and controlled. Felt great with an amazing pump as always. Tomorrow is my second upper body workout for the week. Igf1 cycle is winding down. Not looking forward to it being over have really enjoyed it.
