I've had it twice since yesterday. Now keep in mind I eat clean 80-90 % of the time, but this had to be bought.
The first time I ate it complete. Just how it came from KFC. It was delicous. Maybe a tad bit saucy and salty.
The second time I tried it, I peeled off most of the bacon, took off half the cheese and scraped off most of the sauce. Result = just as good as before with hopefully a little less fat and sodium.
Now I could never include this in my normal diet now even have this more than once or so a week BUT it is GOOD.
I believe without taking anything off of the sandwhich, there are trace carbs, about 600 cals, 60g protein, 1k sodium and 30 something fat. I think it you take a little off the sandwhich you can cut down a few of those not so pleasant numbers.
