Kre-Alkalyn Experiences?

Baught a bottle of this stuff and for some reason I am not enthused to try them, LOL! Just curious as to anyones experience with the product in comparison to CEE or CM.

I've tried a bottle of it it, but I really didn't get a thing from it.
I like CEE better, I can feel it whereas I feel nothing from kre-alkalyn.

Works way better than CEE and its the only kind I will use. You need so little of it to work.......give it a shot and you will be ordering more.

You cannot just take it and sit around........you have to ad lifting weights to the mix to see any results.

just like with CEE, proper hydration is the deal breaker for this stuff to shine. If you go into the gym already dyhydrated, whatever creatine product you take, its not gonna help much

Great. I'm giving it a try now. Phil, when I order LBA's next (after I get this case on its' way and finish it), I'll be getting them from you as it's cheaper. Right now I'm using the Precision brand from the local supplement store. Every two capsules contain 1.4 mg kre-alkalyn, 55 mg glycocyamine, 50 mg lysphosphatidylcholine, sodium phosphate, 45 mg potassium phosphate, 25 mg trimethylglycine, 2 mg bioperine.

Just wondering, why is it the best? We all know liquite creatine monohydrate is completely useless so why is this different?

Kre-Alkalyn is great stuff. I never seen any gains from creatine mono, but CEE I've had some gains from it. I rather take Kre-Alkalyn because CEE tastes really bad.....

Im using CEE now and I think I can feel a difference when I work out. I do feel like I have more energy and get better pumps now. Muscles feel much fuller. Might add that I dont feel as bloated as when I was using regular creatine monohydrate. Do still feel some more bloat than before when I wasnt using them, but its minimal.

Why not buy a bottle of each and take them both at the same time. I know a lot of preworkout powders already have both in them. That way, if one isent working, the other one might.

I tried every Creatine there is. Kre Alkalyn seems to work pretty good, and the dose used is very low. You only need about 3 grams a day instead of 5-10 grams like creatine Mono. I have not tried the liquid kre alkalyn that Phil suggests but I have read that it is different than the Old Creatine liquid serum that was a joke. This Liquid Kre Alkalyn actually is stable and works.

I never got much out of CEE and in bulk it tastes like battery acid. So really it comes down to price because most creatines will all do the same thing.
