Just coming off comp diet and realize i have small abdominal development. any suggestion to help me thinken up my abs. Training? days etc. espically incorporating them into a dc split. Also need advice on Lat development. as well as those hamstrings... i have the feeling im going to see deadlift deadlift deadlift. but give me feedback fellas i wanna grow
