Hey guys (and all interested reading parties) I've been using the higher reps for a couple months now after getting some advice you from guys. I can honestly and gladly report that they are an absolute success. I don't have to do nearly as many sets, about 4-8 sets per muscle group when worked once per week, and I'm even able to take some of the sets ot failure without overtraining and feeling like Im frying the CNS. I keep the reps in the 10-20 range, and just keep on trying to increase the weights. I'm currently trying to get my 225 lb benches up to the 20 range. And my joints feel AMAZINGLY BETTER!!!! I never would have believed that I could get stronger doing higher reps in my entire life, but I'm here to tell you it's working out great. I'm putting on muscle and I'm charged up for every work out.
