For the past few months I have been taking the all infamous LBA's from TP that everyone has a woody for these days, and I was just curious to get some feedback about what different times of day/usages that people have used them for....I've done it all from adding to coffee, oats, shakes, mixing with almond butter and frozen bananas (my favorite) or throwing them on rice cakes...But what have some of you guys done with yours and HOW have you implemented them into your DIETS??
