LBA's-Best time for usage...MRP, PRWO, or PWO??

For the past few months I have been taking the all infamous LBA's from TP that everyone has a woody for these days, and I was just curious to get some feedback about what different times of day/usages that people have used them for....I've done it all from adding to coffee, oats, shakes, mixing with almond butter and frozen bananas (my favorite) or throwing them on rice cakes...But what have some of you guys done with yours and HOW have you implemented them into your DIETS??
 
Between meals when dieting.. PWO with whey isolate.. As a snack in raw milk.. Over homemade vanilla ice cream as a treat..
 
nice...sounds like we're on the same page then...I'm hoping to hear some more feedback from everyone on to how they incorporate them into their daily diets as a complete protein source! Come on people..share your ideas, wisdom and what has worked for you
 
LBA's must be timed exactly right. I would say between 6:15am & 6:20am if you miss that 5 minute window then dont bother the rest of the day seeing as how they won't work or do anything for you after 6:20am.

Found this to be true also..... I cant tell you how many bottles I wasted!!
 
I don't get the purpose behind this exact "timing" that you are referring to...Why then? and how are they figured into your diet??

Do a search and you will find 100 threads this has already been beaten to death in.
