LBA's & Waxy Maize Starch PWO

Anybody else doing this?
I have been taking 4 tbspn's LBA's and 60g WMS
PWO and I swear, I start getting sore within an hour!
I can literally feel this stuff surging through my bloodstream, it actually makes me a little light headed.
I am wondering how this can be, though.
My theory is that the nutrients are absorbed and utilized almost immediately, therefore my muscles start repairing immediately, hence the soreness.
Anybody think this could actually be happening?
 
Well...from what I have read about WMS, it is absorbed very quickly, and that it also acts as a carrier for other "supplements". I know the LBA's are quick to absorb, but don't quite know which one is faster.

Maybe a synergistic effect?
 
sometimes I get a little mini high when I hit the waxy , sometimes with whey too.
 
sometimes when im partyin with the boys, ill pull out a gram of some waxy and do a couple lines off the bar...
 
Is it ok to take pre-workout also with the lba's?(and post workout with some whey and lba's)?
 
lol I was actually for once being serious, I get a slight buzz from the waxy

No,i think that you are feeling sore right away because the soreness feeling that we get usually the next day or so,is the torn microfibers that were used to resist the weights,now when you take WMS right after the workout you are expanding all the musclefibers due to the fast storage of glycogen,water,and other nutrients and also the synergestic effect of the glycerine in the lba's.just my thoughts.
P.S-WHAT ARE YOU ALL OPINIONS ON TAKING WMS WITH LBA'S RIGHT AFTER THE WORKOUT AS WELL AS BEFORE?

I take 2 Tbspn's LBA's pre-workout as well, but no WMS.
i think the WMS pre-workout would be obsolete, the purpose of it is to get in to the bloodstream ASAP. You would be better off with a slower digesting carb source if you are looking to fuel your workouts.
 
I can believe this as from what Troponin talks about the osmolic pull that is involved with Waxy is very high pulling all the nutrients it has with it into the cell....so if you are putting a small ratio of LBA's with all the really good amino acid profile you got your self one pwerful little drink....
