hey guys
quick questions. which is better for fat loss
L Carnitine or Acetyl L carntine? ?

i keep finding conflicting info on the net lol.

Alc is great for cognitive function and high doses have shown a mild boost in test but for fat burning I would go with the inject.

Personally, injectable is much better and you can't fault Synthetek's Synthetine.

Been using that for years, no oral carnitine has compared, and i have tried, to see if i can eliminate one of my pins lol

Never tried carnitine on it's own before coming across Synthetine, but after seeing the results from it, im more then happy to keep using it.
