There are a few threads on here that speak on LBA's, but I did not find a ton of different input as to successful dosing protocols. If some of you with experience using LBA's could share your experiences that would be great.

I use them 3x per day. One tablespoon per dose. Some make up a bottle of them and drink all day long.
I prefer to have mine morning, pre-training and late afternoon.

I sipped 4 oz or so throughout day with plenty of water. Good stuff.

I also dose them into 3 doses a day. Had vanilla last time and thought it was pretty good. I hear chocolate is even better!
 
All the flavors are good. To me the vanilla tastes somewhat like caramel

Thanks for the correction. I've been in a bit of a fog as of late. Please keep the reviews/protocols coming.
 
When mine arrive I plan on taking 1 cap 30min before lifting, another post workout and another before bed. On insulin days same protocol but 2 caps post workout and on off days, just one cap before bed. Hows that sound?
 
I had really good results mixing them with whole eggs and cream into a type of milk shake.
 
3tablespoons 3x per day diluted in water and sipped between meals. 2 tablespoons during workouts again diluted in alot of water sipped thru out workout. up your doses guys, lol.
 
Whats the deal with having to dillute in water so much? Cant you just take the tbsp and then chase it down with some water?

the idea being is to have a slow infuse of very high quality, highly digestable aminos over the period of the whole day, think along the lines of an iv drip. you guys should try this opposed to just knocking back a tablespoon here and there, much more effective in my opinion. anyways some big muther fucker in NY told me to do it this way.
 
yeah I usually toss in about 40grams per water bottle and drink it over an hour period.

If you dfrink it straight from the bottle, and drink too much, it is very rich and can make you feel a bit sick to your stomach (maybe I am a puss, but I use to take 3 big swigs).

So is this product superior to wpi-ion exchange as far as bioavailable/amino profile?

Also are people taking this product b/c its easier on the kidneys?

how many servings can 16ounce bottle give you if you take 3tbs/day?
 
1 tablespoon= 15 ml, 16oz= 480ml, 480 divided by 15= 32(1 tablespoon servings). So if you used 3 tablespoons per day, one bottle would last over ten days.

Use 1/2 small bottle per day and you need NO OTHER PROTEIN
