Legal to bring Contolled sub without perscription into USA ?

This the second time I have seen this:

"A new bill was recently passed by Congress that amends a portion of the Controlled Substances Act (21USC956(a)). This amendment allows a United States resident to import up to 50 dosage units of a controlled medication without a valid prescription at an international land border. These medications must be declared upon arrival, be for your own personal use and in their original container."

I have seen it on two websites that basically say it is now legal. If this is true then why all the seizures ???

Anyone out there clairfy this for me.

I think this means like coming in from canada or mexico and having it on you, not in the mail.

I dont know how new this is I am pretty sure its been like this for a while I remeber guys pulling this stuff at the border 7-8 years ago. I'm pretty sure you need a prescription and you must declare that you indeed have it on you and present it to the border agent. I wouldnt want to tell anyone what I was bringing into the country especially today needing a passport. they have all your info

Because a dosage unit is for instance a 5 mg dianabol tablet. So if you bring 100 tabs (which is basically nothing) youre already screwed.

Yea, but a dosage unit of 10 ml bottle of test is 250 mg/ml. That's 5 bottles, not bad.

I think they consider .5 ml. a single dosage of injectible aas.

I know a guy that did this with his Test Enanth script, brought back 50 primotestons.
This was a while ago, and also you need a script I think plus it has to be for a product licensed in the US. I.E. sustanon primo etc wouldn't apply.
Today is too risky to try anything, you damn better claim it though instead of hide it worst they can do is take it away if you take a copy of the law with you so you don't look like some kid just grabbing steroids and taking them home.
