If you had some way to prove you were really doing some type of research - not on yourselves of course, then I am positive you would get off. Well off as in not being charged with "intent to sell" or "manufacturing" or whatever, but you still might get charged with "possesion of prescription item without a prescription" and should only get minor jail time (if any) and some fines and probation.
Now if you have craploads of product, vials with labels, syringes, needles, BB magazines, BB posters taped to your walls, and some Anabolic Reference Guides laying around when they came knocking on your door, your little research line isnt going to do squat.
They are not stupid. I mean come on, what would u think if u were the cop going into someone else's house with all the stuff you got?
Guess this is just another argument to not have your research products , well, any more than the 1 bottle you are using, at your residence!!
Or thousands of dollars in unexplainable cash either, or shipping supplies, or price lists, or....
