Hey guys I am looking at supplements (OTC/GNC) that really work, that you used. I have been out the game for awhile now. HAvent been on ANYTHING in l over 3 years. But dec 1st I have started cutting. DOing carido and semi-deiting. Went down from 231 at 5'9 to 216. I look good I want to finally have a true 6 pack. I think I am about 10 pounds away. Right now I am 100% clean but the only bad thing is man my strength has dropped so bad it isn't funny.
I used to be able to do 425 on bench on my last set for a single. Well 395got stuck on my chest monday, lol. I am so tempted o be like fuck this and go back to the dark side but I am tryin to hold out. Really at my age (34) I want to maintain a more mens health kind of look more so than a FLEX magaizne look.
So I am looking for any OTC supplements that can help me with strength gains and maybe so size. I was looking at Synthetine. I want your guys input. I def want to stay away from gear if I can cause know me having been off for over 3 years and how I am if I get back on I will be 240 benching close to 500 again I wont know how to act. Even something light like 500mg of tes and 30 mg of dball would have me a ripped 235 and well into the high 400's.
So any suggestions or should I bite the bullet and just do a light cycle and not over do it?
