Hey does anyone have any idea about doing cardio after training legs! It seems whenever I do this my legs look small for some reason? My question is I trained legs 2 days ago, does anyone think it would have a negative impact on my leg growth if I went and did cardio today??? I usually do the eliptical machine. Also are there any machines that are better for keeping leg size?? I hear stairs will hinder your teardrops on your quads. Does anyone know anything about this???????????????????
