Letro gyno reversal

As you can tell from my avatar, I am a novice and certainly not a physician, just a guy who had gyno and do what I think will work based on my research via professional muscle, and google. Those are your best tools. I personally right now use 1.875 mg letro, and 15 mg nolvadex eod, and it seems to work for me. Some need less, some need more, you just have to play with it until you find your sweet spot.

IMO letro is pretty harsh, you need SOME estrogen to build muscle, think rationally, be emotionally stable, just google the benefits of estrogen.

It is better to just stay on Nolvadex eod, or ed, whichever you find works for you, and it will keep the estrogen from binding and causing gyno. Throw a small dose of letro in there to LOWER estrogen, but not enough to WIPE IT OUT completely. Thats where my experimentation has led me so far.

Of course you will need to do your own experiment on your own rat, and monitor him closely to see what works for him.

sometimes i feel i have gyno when my nips are not hard. when they are infact hard, it looks perfectly normal. weird. anyone else experience this?

I need some input here guys. I have 2 days worth of letro to last me and my lump is still not fully dissolved. I have more letro ordered and wont be able to get it until next friday. So should I take 20mg of nolvadex inbetween these days until I get ahold of more letro?

At 2.5mg, but the last couple days I been taking half that amount, 1.25mg. I have today yet and I'm probably out until Friday (hoping the shipment arrives then).

Go with the nolva after today or not?

EDIT: Also, what are your guys' thoughts on letro interfering with muscle gains, because if some of us run this for 3 months, does that automatically mean we hardly progress for that duration?

Yeah, everytime your nipples are hard you can't really tell there is gyno because the nipple skin gets pulled very taught. I used to put an ice cube on my nipples before getting in the pool so I wouldn't get embarassed.
