with all this talk about everybody trying to get into contest shape, get ripped for the summer lets hear some talk about the offseason crew, perma bulkers and dudes that are trying to put some slabs of muscle....

caloric intake, food regiment, around workout nutrition, otc supps, cheat meals , training regime, cycle, motivation, struggles, anything youd like to add


Ill start it up trying to gain some quality mass at the moment

calories are varying but usually getting over 3500 mostly clean cals High carb diet

Otc supps- green tea , black tea, coffee, mucanas pruriens, unisom, multivitamin All whole foods diet for me tons of water

its getting hard since I travel alot keeping up to date finding gyms to train at and grocery stores that contain good food, but I manage lots of whole bbq chicken, rice, potatoes, eggs, fresh fish

cycle is nothing special right now usual suspects tren, adrol, eq, gh

no peri, post workout supplement protocol just regular whole food meals,

training is 2on 1 off lower volume higher frequency 2x bp per week

plenty of rest over 6 hours sleep

I decided to take another year before my first contest, so spring 2014, I need to add about 15-20 more lbs. currently 5'8 175@8% keeping cals at 3200 40/40/20, clean as always.

My February cycle will be 16wks test500/eq600, myostatin last 4wks, diet will be 3500, trying to stay lean for MPD

Big Beyond Belief, 6 days a week. 7-8 minute sprint post-workout.

Protein is around 240, fat is around 120, and carbs are around 120. No specific pre/post nutrition besides a pre-workout meal 60-75 minutes before, pre-workout booster on the way to the gym, and 40g of protein post-workout followed by a meal with carbs in it when hungry after.

Been 5 weeks in after today, and have gained 7lbs. Will go for a total of 15 weeks, then mini-diet for 5 weeks with Primo Ace + GW501516 and start another blast of 600 Primo, 600 NPP, and about 8iu GH ED.

This is a great way to grow! I always wanted to try BBB and see how good it really is. Good set up all in all bro!
 
I'm already building my bulking cycle now (gear,sups,food,training,sleep,days on,days off,etc)

I want to concentrate on legs and chest this winter. I'm wondering how many days a week do yall train legs/chest for pure mass?

On a hard, heavy, intense leg day.. I've got DOMS for up to 4-6 days afterwards. So 1 day a week I do legs. I'm thinking of easing up on the weight and intensity, and going straight volume.. so I get 2 days a week of legs. Anyone have advise on this?

10iu humalog post work out

8 meals per day, 450 protein, 500 carbs, 120 fats

train 6 days a week

bike it to and from work, so 5 hours light cardio a week

want to try the UK northwest NABBA comp next may, if i can put more meat on my back and upper chest

so gonna be doing dealifts and incline dumbell presses alot ha
 
I have my research subject on:

500mgs test cyp per week
600mgs eq per week

About 4 weeks in. Added in 300mgs deca for joints this week. Also added in 25mgs dbol daily, and 250mgs sust. Next week I will add 300mgs more deca and 250mgs more sust per week. So that'll take my subject to:

500mgs test cyp
600mgs eq
500mgs sust
600mgs deca
25mgs dbol daily

Also giving my subject:

Ghrp2/cjc no DAC 100mcgs/100mcgs 2x per day
Igf1 des pre workout 150-200mcgs

Food intake is around 3700cals per day all from whole food. Around 300grams of protein and easily 500grams plus carbs.

Training will be changing once a trainer gets involved, but following my old trainers routine of 3 on, 1 off, repeat right now. Up about 12lbs in 4 weeks and dropped some bodyfat for sure (I gave my research subject 10mgs gw501516 the first 2 to 3 weeks).
